      Worked as Management trainee (Apr ’04 – June ’05) for One year and two months in sales department for Syngenta India ltd covering Kolar District (Karnataka). During this period, I successfully established two new products – a insecticide and a fungicide in two different segments of fruits and vegetables. The growth value added by me to the business was Rs 8.2 Million over previous year of Rs 14 Million (59% growth). In the later stages I looked upon entire cluster of Bangalore rural, Kolar, and Tumkur districts for a brief period.Experience in working on crops mainly Fruits and Vegetable at Kolar during Syngenta India Ltd tenure.       Worked as Territory Executive in Bayer Crop Science Ltd covering Gulbarga and Bidar districts for Two years and nine months (June’05 – March’08).Identified and tapped new segments in Gulbarga pesticide market during tenure in Bayer Crop Science Ltd. The new segments mainly on Sunflower, Cash Pulses like Green and Black Gram identified added a business value of Rs 2 Million in the first year. In the final year it was a substantial part amounting 15 % of my total turnover of Rs 65 Million. Successfully launched and establishes brand (FAME) of new generation insecticide (Flubendamide) on Helicoverpa in Red Gram during Bayer Crop Science tenure. The excellent launch of the product and a well planned realigned distribution channel by me delivered a robust value of Rs 35 million. Show less

      As Territory Manager – Sales in Monsanto India Ltd., looked after Cotton Branded Business covering almost 40% cotton business of Karnataka. During this tenure, i created a customer of Rs 1 CR advance payable customer for cotton which is record for cotton business to Monsanto.Prior to this, In Belgaum I was looking after Corn Cotton and Chemistry sales with an elite opportunity of maintaining huge low priced corn hybrid base and widening elite corn brand base.I was instrumental in creating a perfect platform for elite segment brands – growing by 5 times (50 MT) from the time I took over, which was a booster for overall volumes and thus delivered a business value of Rs 8 million. Further, chemistry business under me grew by 3 times (10 KL) till I relocated to Bellary. Prior to this I was handling YELHANKA territory where in we created record sales for Round Up in 2008 with 40 KL and 35 KL in 2009 (with tougher market scenario). I built a very good base for Corn hybrids and the territory is ready to take off for good market share. Show less
