Managed large scale demineralized water system, from initial design to operation, to supply the main refrigeration unit process water (a failure in this unit would result in $15 million per day loss in LNG shipments). Duties included:-Developed material requisitions for several packages for large scale LNG project, including data sheet formation, specification development/inclusion and documentation requirements for suppliers. -Performed technical bid evaluations and clarifications for suppliers, verifying compliance with project specifications and process requirements. -Worked with 3D modeling software to complete engineering analysis of the equipment and piping systems. -Generated personnel and hours reports based on staffing changes or trending scope changes to the project, as well as tracking and expediting internal and supplier deliverables to maintain project schedule. -Packaged Equipment: Executed large scale water treatment facilities for multiple LNG refineries, H2S scavenging units, and nitrogen generation packages, from initial design through startup and operation. Primary engineering point of contact between all internal engineering disciplines and suppliers to resolve technical issues. Coordinate HAZOP review of systems with client, prime contractor and suppliers.
