  As part of its collaboration with the Delegation of the European Union to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Sijal Institute enlisted me to provide personalized Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) classes to diplomats and delegation members. In order to support their language learning, I utilized multimedia systems and developed tailored study plans and text materials based on each individual student's needs.As the students' proficiency levels varied from Novice low to Advanced Mid, I employed my expertise to identify and develop appropriate language resources that catered to each level. Students also reported feeling more confident and competent in their language abilities, with many expressing appreciation for the clear and constructive feedback provided.Organized and led field excursions to authentic settings to provide students with opportunities to practice and enhance their language skills, with a satisfaction rate of 95% among participating students. By implementing a student-centered, communicative approach and effective teaching methods, I successfully achieved a remarkable 50% increase in student proficiency. I revolutionized the academic experience of my students by developing a new, task-based curriculum that led to a remarkable 70% surge in student achievement and above-average performance.Established a highly successful study abroad program, known as Project Global Officer(GO!), which was specifically designed to teach Arabic language skills to ROTC students.
