Served as Asst Office Head overseeing the EEO External Programs including DBE, OJT and Labor for approximately 7 years. Served the remaining nineteen years as a Sr. Claims Engineer; Construction Audit Manager; Construction Auditor, Construction Project Manager, and.a Construction Inspector . Managed groups of 7 to 21 employees, as well as consultants, at any given time. Worked with executive management, Contractors, Local Governments, Federal Government, State Attorneys, and the public.
