      Duties and responsibilities• Undertaking advanced clinical assessments of patients and using clinical reasoning skills and manual assessment techniques to provide an accurate diagnosis of the specific problems related to physiotherapy intervention.• Designing and delivering an individualized programme of intervention based on sound knowledge of evidenced-based practice and treatment options using clinical assessment, reasoning skills, and knowledge of treatment options.• Independently managing caseloads of patients with particular conditions and being responsible for providing specialist assessment, treatment, and discharge plans.• Developing comprehensive discharge/transfer plans as appropriate• Evaluating the patient’s progress, reassessing and altering treatment programmes as required, monitoring effect using sound measurement and validated outcome measures.• Work with good knowledge of international standards and monitor own and others' quality of practice as required.• Being responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with standards of practice• Presenting the individual patient at various multi-disciplinary meetings, to ensure the delivery of an integrated approach to treatment.
