      - Construct meshed FEA models with Hypermesh software from CAD data, conduct thermal, durability and modal analysis with Abaqus software, verify the structural integrity of the systems and recommend improvements/shape optimizations.- Conduct fatigue analysis with Fe-Safe/FemFat software under cyclic loads with Stress-Life or Strain-Life methods and make risk assessments.- Support design and test teams with CAE skills; participate in project management process, test system integrations, manufacturing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives as needed.- Perform analytical calculations to verify the numerical solutions and develop calculations tools with Excel/VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).- Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing analyses constructs, results and recommendations.
