      At Trident, I joined as Assistant F&B Manager and rose to the position of F&B Manager. Meanwhile, I was recommended by the senior management to head the F&B Division. Under my leadership, the team got recognition by Mr. Vikram Oberoi as the Best F&B team in 2014 and 2017 in the areas of incident management and operations.I successfully led the daily management of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage operations (kitchens, restaurants, banquets, lounges, room service, coffee shops, etc.) and strove to constantly deliver outstanding guest service. By coordinating with my team, spearheaded revenue maximization by capitalizing on wedding functions and events, venturing into Non-Resident business, and exceeding cost-cutting and capital outlay criteria. Additionally, collaborated with other international hotel chains with ‘Concierge Connect’. I raised the brand standards by redesigning the F&B menus. Under my command, the team steered the marketing and PR activities and gained success in over-exceeding the projected profitability as well as attracted local patronage and increased the number of walk-ins.
