We have Siemens Hipath 4000 hybrid EPABX system and Ericsson Mx-One IP PABX installed catering voice services for Clients and BIAL in Bengaluru International Airport, Bangalore.  The Voice network also includes Trunk mobile Radio System (TMRS) and Fiber network. We have 2 TMRS systems providing Trunk radios to all clients in Bengaluru International Airport. The Systems are Rhode&Schwarz and Motorola IP Diametra. Managing a team of 20 Engineer’s responsible for maintenance of IP PABX and TMRS system and providing 24/7 L1 supports for all the clients across Airport. Maintenance of BIAL IP PABX System (Siemens and Ericsson) with all related Software’s like Voicemail, Call billing and Voice logger of both the system with least down time. Coordination with PABX related OEM’s and Voice service related Service provider’s to maintain least down time in the service they provide.  Cross Verification of Billing with actual bills from ISP.
