  I managed all aspects of content creation, copywriting and social media management. I coordinated the company’s social media pages and increased online following over 3 years. I analysed the performance of campaigns, ads and individual posts using social media analytics. I was the first point of contact for all online customer queries via email, website and social media. I also contributed in areas such as branding, creating systems of workflow, creating training systems and training new employees as well as in a customer facing capacity.I was heavily involved in brand development and management. I spearheaded a rebrand of the company’s products to maximise store shelf visibility and collected customer feedback in 2018. I organised and facilitated brand meetings where we discussed and decided on brand values, desired identity, and positioning. I developed a portfolio of brand colours and drafted the re-brand design. I also worked closely with the graphic designers to bring this concept to reality.
