Show less Mortgage Remediations Portfolio - Large UK Retail Bank Fixing Historical Errors in Mortgage Products - Supported the bank to understand issues via route cause analysis, design and correct customer situations and ultimately implement solutions to redress customers who had overpaid on mortgages. - Led and managed a portfolio of projects with teams of 50+ people, whereby we designed and led multiple remediation projects, which impacted over 1m customers and redressing over £400m. - My role was also to rapidly ramp up the right skilled delivery team, in addition to coach and council the client on delivery principles. - Bi-weekly exec reporting to the Bank senior leadership team, which was a core deliverable to ensure visibility, highlight risks and demonstrate mitigation to protect the plan. - Working across multiple platforms and channels, to ensure technology and business solutions are all in sync and delivering a coherent solution. Show less Mortgage Platform Implementation - Large UK Retail Bank - A programme work to set up and establish a mortgage intermediary platform for newly divested bank in the UK. This was a highly sensitive, public facing programme that was critical to business success. - My role was to manage 10 separate workstreams, reporting directly to the banks Chief Operating Office and CIO. - A significant implementation during this programme was to directly manage the the implementation of Buy to Let functionality and delivering significant benefit (the ability to increase revenue in from ~£2bn in 2015 to ~£4bn per annum from 2017 onwards) Show less "Future Bank" Transformation Programme - Large UK Retail Bank - A large programme of work to modernise the technology estate for this global bank, with a total budget of £80m+ - As delivery lead, my role was to manage the a big part of this programme, focusing on the development and roll out of hardware across ~4500 sites. This was successfully completed, working closely with 3rd parties vendors, development teams and business stakeholders. - Part of the role was also to create contracts, manage workshops, lead a hybrid team of 15 colleagues and to delivery business benefits to multiple business units.
