  Implemented Go Green Project helping Tesco in saving millions of pounds and also saving environment i.e. paper, printing cost and letter cost. Initially a number of mainframe produced reports were being printed centrally, manually split and dispatched via courier in Tesco’s office in Cardiff. Payroll Reports Online is an initiative to curb the excess cost incurred by removal of printing and dispatching of Payroll reports. Also add a value to the report data by presenting it in a better manner that allows end user to perform checking/validation of data more efficiently, provide more security by restricting access for unauthorized personnel.Working as Architect/Lead with 14 member team and worked from Tesco HSC India, Bangalore.
