      Thanks to my bent for interacting with people and the hard work I proved in my previous role, I've been promoted to such a position. This gives me the chance to assist our guests in a more sophisticated manner and to be able to support the reception staff on a better level. Assisting our guests throughout their stay, from welcoming them upon arrival to listening to their feedbacks at departure has been a chance to further develop my interacting skills and learn about flaws or strenghts of the hotel and its service.Working shoulder to shoulder with the housekeeping and maintenance staff taught me attention to detail and problem solving skills.
