      I worked as a field service engineer installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting office automation equipment for multiple businesses in the western cape region. I have significantly increased my knowledge with PCs, networking, and specialised applications. Office automation equipment installation and maintenance fell within my responsibility as a site engineer. I acquired my PC and networking experience from this. I used to set up users to print and scan to the office automation devices as well. As a workshop engineer, one of my responsibilities was to configure new office automation equipment. I also fixed office automation equipment that had been brought from the field into the workshop.
