  QuestaèRoma is a cultural and sporting association made up of boys and girls from different countries and socio-cultural contexts, Romans, new Romans and Romans by choice who have decided to build their future in this city. “This is Rome” aims to be an example of good citizenship practices dictated by the Italian Constitution in the formulation of article 3. Through the numerous skills and different points of view that come together in this associative reality, QuestaèRoma aims to bring to the city a new concept of citizenship for a more inclusive and less discriminatory society with an eye towards the great European capitals.   I have created and facilitated workshops on the topic of antiracism and discriminations using a strongly intersectional and tailor made approach with a specific focus on microaggressions, unconscious biases and systemic oppression.
