Attend all stages of site planning, progress meetings, and monthly inspections, and certify erected scaffolds. Conduct safety checks and monitor the performance of protective equipment. Control the erection of scaffolding at frequent intervals to ensure safety and compliance, verify scaffolding requirements for the site, and brief the scaffolding team on any changes. Enforce strict adherence to project safety requirements and ensure all scaffolding staff receive proper training. Investigate all incidents and safety-related issues, prepare operational reports, analyze the potential environmental impact during the project, and ensure strict compliance with environmental obligations.
