I managed the 2nd largest sales territory "Katugastota" with 3 Nominated wholesalers and 14 Direct Dealers and showed a 71% growth in the territory in one year, the highest growth record in any year at that time.

I was also the Head of HR for the Beer Sector in addition to the group functions during the Ceylon Brewery PLC and Lion Brewery PLC merger.The Lion Brewery and the Ceylon Brewery produce the best beer in Sri Lanka and and i had a secondment as Head HR during the merger of the two breweries and the restructuring of the Lion Brewery.
