      Responsible for global HR support to SBO (Shell Business Operations) in 7 Centers based in diffferent countries (Poland, UK, South Africa, Malaysia, Phillipines and India), member of SBO HR Leadership Team:• Support SBO HRAM for Operations & Projects in leading / driving various organizational changes, migrations and projects.• Partner with Migrations team to track changes and coordinate with HRAMs.• Lead delivery of global projects.• Lead the communication agenda for all centers.• Lead the global on-boarding of SBO HR new joiners.• Support HR LT on team engagement – through the SBO HR Newsletter, maintenance of the SBO HR SharePoint sites and in organizing the webcasts for the SBO HR community.• Establish D&I plan for SBO and coordinate delivery of metrics through centre focal points.• Support HR LT by leveraging access to HR information and systems through reporting and analysis, and subsequently provide insights through data.• Work with HR Operations Excellence Manager to coordinate the delivery of SBO HR Dashboard (co-lead).• Deliver relevant and high quality reporting to various stakeholders.• Drive continuous improvement and ensure that it is embedded in daily operations.• Act as focal point representing SBO in various programs & initiatives.
