  as an assistant manager of a coal power plant construction project, I have main responsibility to manage and control the project and Technical administration of the project management. i also have to ensure that the supervisory during construction phase should be available. i then have to solve many technical and non technical issues regarding the construction works together with our consultant and the main contractor representative. furthermore, i also should carry out the communication and coordination with many stake holders of my organization to achieve our purpose in finishing the construction work. Moreover, I also get involved during testing and commissioning phase until the Commercial on Date be fulfilled. my authorities in the organization are to make the recommendation and report regarding to construction working progress, supervise the construction works, and making a proposal or suggestion regarding to the admonition letter to the contractor.
