  As High Touch Operations Manager, I support my customer, HCA Healthcare, by managing their Cisco support. I am familiar with their business, operational processes, and technical support history, which allows me to make sure that IT resources both at Cisco and HCA are aligned appropriately to resolve issues quickly and completely. I also collect and track data to watch for trends that may be impactful to the enterprise. Building and maintaining relationships with HCA stakeholders is an integral part of my job, and what I enjoy the most.
