      Responsibilities: I had responsibly carried out some tasks during my laboratory work including sample preparation, homogenization, and plant sample extraction (60 of pea sample and 55 of maize sample) using isolation solution, conduct measurement of antioxidant enzyme activity such as Glutathione Reductase, Guaiacol Peroxidase, Catalase, Ascorbate Peroxidase, Glutathione S-transferase, photosynthetic activity (total chlorophyll and carotenoid content), and protein activity for 55 leaf samples of maize with two repetitions using UV-Vis Spectrophotometer.
