Sept 2007 - now- Drive schedule revenues with sales to ensure maximum revenue optimization is obtained..- Provide Revenue/Capacity performance reporting and measurement support.- Engage in process review on respective cargo projects, which involve different stakeholders.- Takes the responsibility to guide the team in optimizing the capacity on belly and freighter of a group of flights in order to maximize their revenue contribution to network.- Provide professional expertise and high-level consultation in the resolution of complex Pricing cases and rules.- Manage and mentor escalation cases and find alternative solutions.- Supervise the yield targets and growing business in desirable market segments.- Communicate and negotiate with Sales Regional directors and Pricing professionals to achieve the company profitability goals.- Lead the professionals pricing to assist stations sales managers with customer pricing proposals- Define and update revenue section’s KPI’s in line with Corporate Strategy.- Develop/review polices, procedure, and processes for the Revenue section.- Oversee and review the developed business cases for new products/projects- Monitor market trends, compile cargo related statistical information, and collect sales feedbacks. Carry out market pricing and sale intelligence for the complete network.- Coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure all agreements (BSA, SLA etc.) are being processed on time. Moreover, coordinate with all parties to comply the cargo pricing and revenue optimization process and procedures.- Leading and responsibility to achieve target for a region based on the yearly budget plan.- Close coordination and communication with the Regional Directors and providing all kind of support and solutions to meet all their market requirement. Show less - Monitor that highest possible margins are achieved on freighter & passenger flights out of Saudia Arabia in order ensure revenue generation and yield maximization- Monitor optimal freighter operation plan, including Ad-hoc re-route and extra sector operations, to maximize revenue opportunities and combine sector to save cost if need be.- Implement efficient allotment management for all regions to make sure Key Accounts clients and consistent station’s movement are secured.- Monitor the offload management done by RM and make sure all offload cases are investigated and address the issues to concerned department/station and track the FAB results of the hubs.- Monitor the Updates Cargo-Max with required parameters for accurate capacity forecasting on passenger flights (to and ex-KSA Flights) and make sure forecaster capacity is matching the actual availability to avoid any offload or loose of business.- Perform any other giving task related to work’s nature.- Ensure that any extra flight or re-route is calculated and cover the operating cost.- Support in identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices while considering international leading practices, improvement of business processes, and cost reduction and providing recommendation to the Director Revenue Management.- Implement departmental policies, systems, and procedure so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet the Revenue Management requirements, policies, and standards.- Complies with all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Show less - Make sure all passenger and freighter flights are operating with a good revenue.- Controlling capacity for passenger and freighter flights base on market and season required.- Issuing flight booking list for all handling in hub stations ex KSA.- Distribution and accepting shipments base on higher profit during high season and space availability.- Keeping all network updating for any new sectors on passenger and freighter flights.- Close coordination with GSA and GHA for accepting and moving shipments.- Dealing with all freighters and passengers flights to achieve required load factors.- Creating extra flights and extra route base on load required and revenue.- Dealing with offload shipments and prioritized on next flights and close coordination with hub stations.- Creating missing flight in cargo spot base on SV cargo and passenger schedule.- Controlling and building freighter and passenger flights allotments share based on requirement.
