  I am currently working at Outremer Telecom, Ebene from July 2014 as ‘Network Supervisor FO’. The company is considered as one of the first alternative telecom operators in the Indian Ocean Region with ‘Reunion’ Island and ‘Mayotte’ and the ‘AntilleGuyane’ Region regrouping islands like Martinique, Guadeloupe and Guyane. It provides and develops reliable, efficient and competitive solutions for a full range of fixed and mobile telephony, internet services and data for both residents and businesses. As a Network Supervisor FO at Outremer Telecom, my responsibilities are; to attend all network security alerts, analyzing and diagnosing the causes of incidents, undertaking necessary corrective actions and follow- ups until complete recovery as well as maintaining a good rapport with our clients in relation to the progress of particular incidents. These have helped me in building up my problem solving skills and improving my ability to explain technical issues clearly. Show less
