      In my role as Software Engineering Service and Support Team Coordinator, I coordinate, lead and manage a team of seven, directing the roadmap, shift management, and task delegation through agile methodologies. My team handles support for over 15 applications, with my oversight ensuring that this work aligns with our strategic goals. I mentor team members, eliminate obstacles, and foster a collaborative environment, conducting workshops, retrospectives, and 1:1 meetings focused on individual needs. I am accountable for developing and managing software support processes and best practices, incorporating ITIL principles. My role also involves enhancing customer experience and improving team efficiency through comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles. Additionally, I handle critical and escalated customer issues, working closely with engineers for swift resolutions. I analyze KPIs to ensure that departmental targets are achieved, lead internal marketing and communication initiatives, and participate in regular business trips to Germany and India.In 2024 I was selected to participate in the MyLeadWay program, an esteemed 9-month training initiative designed to develop leadership talents and improve strategic management skills, allowing me to refine my abilities and apply progressive leadership techniques in my role. Pokaż mniej In my role as Communications Project Manager, IT department, I functioned as the key coordinator dedicated to streamlining communication processes within the IT Business Teams department, enabling effective information flow from Vice-Presidents to team members. I developed and executed strategic communication plans to enhance leadership synergy, managed multiple internal communication channels, and conducted Customer Experience studies to support continuous improvement. Additionally, I led the organization of virtual department events, identified communication gaps, and proactively implemented solutions to foster a well-informed and cohesive work environment.
