  This position offers me the opportunity to work with Ghana Health Service at the Regional and District levels to implement Rural Emergency Health Service and Transport for Systems Development (REST4D) Project funded by the Hemsley Charitable Trust (HCT).The project aimed at improving Maternal and Child Health outcomes in Northern Ghana with two Strategic Objectives; 1.To ensure the CHPS Program in North East, Upper East, Savanah and Northern Regions is strengthened.2.
