  All-Star Music Group (A.M.G.) is a Music Business Management & Marketing Consultancy. We currently represent the business interests of Deauxpe (What Now - Rihanna), Israel J Allen and The Voice Coach UK. ADÉ has recently developed the International Debt Free Scholarship Scheme.This is a project of passion for ADÉ that he is launching with the intention of giving less fortunate students, who are passionate about a career in the industry, a once in a lifetime opportunity to study for a degree in music performance, or music business, and graduate without incurring any debt!The scheme has already received the backing of some big names in the music and entertainment industries including Paloma Faith, The Script, Laura Mvula, Kwame Kwei Armah OBE, George James (Be-HOOKD - The Script), Kwame Kwaten (ATC Management - Laura Mvula), Jamie Binns (Lateral Management - Paloma Faith, Taio Cruz).Funds for the scheme will be raised through an album and an annual International Debt Free Dance Festival.The International Debt Free Music Degree is International program that is part of a collaboaration between University of Westminster (London), Pop Akademie (Mannheim), Ballyfermont (Dublin), Chicago College (Chicago), Rock Akademie (Tilberg), Herman Brood (Utrech) and PXL (Belgium) and Linnaeus University (Sweden).Company CultureMuch of our work has centred around developing vehicles for the advancement of UK underground acts. One of those vehicles being a compilation series that had the sponsorship and support of The BPI, AIM, DCMS and New Deal for Musicians. We secured licensing agreements through Avex in Japan on a business trip to MIDEM supported by The BPI and AIM.We recently launched The King Maker Consultancy, a one-stop Artist and Project Development service.   I began working as a VL at City University alongside Debbie Dickinson on the Planning A Live Music Event Module.A year later I was offered the post of module leader on the Artist Management and Music Management modules.In 2002 alongside my business partner Kienda Hoji I started the groundbreaking Business of Black Music course which ran successfully at the university for 3 years.

My remit includes the role of Creative Director, as well as the oversight of Marketing, Communications, PR, Stage & Set Design, Visuals, Transportation, Touring, Musical Direction, Visuals, Line-up, Artist Liaison, Sponsorship and Finances. My role as Creative Director was to deliver a memorable concert experience for our customers, that exceeded their expectations of Zimbabwean based events.My remit included the oversight of Stage Set & Design, Visuals, Musical Direction and Dance Directive.
