  I was directly responsible for the day-to-day activities and performance of the quality laboratory and one of the in-process support laboratories at the Ogden facility. I oversaw three distinct product lines at Ogden for product and packaging quality.I conducted daily reviews of all final product data generated by the quality laboratory. I documented feedback regarding Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions for quality related issues; often resulting in direct communications or visits to the customer.I was responsible for ensuring that our products covered by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) met our regulatory commitments and obligations.
