      My major specialization is Ingredient Functionality. I learned the advanced knowledge about chemical and physical properties of food ingredients and food products. I used various chemical analysis technology (like dialysis, GC-MS, U/HPLC, MALDI-TOF, HPAEC, HPSEC, Dumas, etc. ) and physical analysis technology (like texture analysis, electron microscope, etc.).

Studying the basic knowledge about chemistry and professional knowledge about flavor and fragrance. and thesis project is to establish a new route to synthesize rub citalopram, and the reaction conditions were optimized selection.

I treated variable properties of samples via machine according to local regulars;- I compared the aroma of our products with standards in order to keep qualities;- I coordinated with the factory to maintenance products.

      Research And Development Intern

      - I participated in the Food Valley Ambassador program. During the whole internship, I took part in some training, such as Presentation Training, Network Training, and seminars in Food Valley;- I took charge of “Characterization and Optimization of Frying Spices” project independently in the R&D department;- After the internship, I got a relatively high evaluation from my mentor in the company and supervisor in university. I got skills in starting a new project and managing multi-tasks. Meanwhile, I learned to adjust myself in a short time to enter into a working state and built a network within colleagues. Show less
