      As a Quality Assurance, my job involves conducting on-site QA audits of all residential, supported living and day habilitation programs, submit and present trends of the findings, provide training to the programs to promote standardization of systems and assist with DDS Licensing and Certification. As a compliance coordinator I was involved in acting as a liaison between the Accounts Receivable Central Billing Department and DD services. My responsibilities involved collecting and submitting residential and supported housing program's SDRs, conducting internal on-site reviews to ensure service delivery, tracking documentation trends, conducting fidelity audits such as BayPay, BayCis and Payroll and monitoring QA functions to meet CARF and Licensing standards. At Bay Cove, my responsibilities involve providing direct employment support and on the job training to people with developmental disabilities, participate in development and direct implementation of the Individual Support Plan, assess individual training needs, develop descriptive teaching programs and curricula and teach classes to individuals, monitor effectiveness through data collection, record target behaviour on data sheets and provide progress reports
