  While working for the Rec. Department, I was one of a small group of counselors who were in charge of planning and organizing activities for the camp. I was also personally in charge of distributing lunches to the children and supervising activities throughout the day. While working as a camp counselor, I increased my planning and organization skills as well as my leadership skills when organizing specific activities and assigning the children to different groups based on age and ability.

  As a sales representative at Vector Marketing I was responsible for setting up my own appointments with customers and going to their homes to present Cutco products in a 60-minute demo. After closing a sale, I obtained the payment information from the customer, filled out the order form, and sent it in to Cutco headquarters in Olean, NY. I was able to sell over $5000 worth of Cutco product in the summer of 2015.

  At Precision Valve & Automation I worked in the finance department as an intern responsible for developing due diligence checklists for buying, selling, and leasing properties, creating maintenance schedule booklets for all PVA equipment using Excel, and summarizing stock market trends. In addition, I examined potential real estate acquisitions with PVA's President and conducted real estate market analysis using comparable properties.
