  1.I was Providing an advices with respect to the provision of (Fire and Aviation) emergency services, in fire protection philosophies and in facility development plans.2 I was responsible for the Asset fire brigades response capabilities, training and development, and Liaising with the Asset HSE Advisor and CSM on the functional aspects of Emergency Services.3. I was reviewing and updating the various Pre-Fire Plans and relevant Emergency Response procedures, advise and assist in the planning and execution of emergency exercises.4.I was regularly conducting competence assessments on the asset’s Fire Brigade teams and individual staff, and actively pursue the correction of any deficiencies found through preparation and execution of competence development plans. And performing competence tests, coordinate physical fitness training and tests, medical examinations and use benchmarks for comparison and continuous improvement of the Fire Brigade Services.5.Advise the Area Coordinator on staff movements appropriate for the development and training of staff.6.Developing training exercises to ensure the Fire Service knowledge of the Area to be protected and their hazards.7.provided the Asset with information on Fire hazards and Fire prevention.8.I was asset holder for emergency equipment.9. I was coordinating Fire Warden Activities, training and exercises in the Asset.10.I was Focal point for the FERM studies and follow-up of action points.11.   Emergency Response and Security Superintendent I lead a plant protection group consisting of 4 shifts 4 Supervisors and 20 Plant Protection Representatives. I have strong knowledge of fire fighting, security principles, ability to analyse situations, solve problems, understanding the business and focusing on the big picture. as follows:,1-Effective security plans review specifically meets the requirements of the ISPS code for maritime facilities. 2-Reviewing the ERP and DRPs to meet the organisation changes.3-I have established a new crisis management control room to meet the business continuality planning in term of crisis. 4-Emergency Preparedness to mitigate highest risk at Sohar Aluminuim. 5-Liaised with following organization ISPC for mutual aid training organization at Sohar regional area, Civil Defense training agreement on hazard identification introduction to the Smelter area.
