Working with YouTube LA production team before, during and after filming to tend to requests and issues. Understand and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.Additionally, I perform daily water testing on city water as well as a closed and open loop system. Perform weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance on all equipment in the building including three 800-ton trane chillers, 3 Marley NC Everest Cooling Towers, 100 fan coil units, 225 vav units along with eight 2,000,000 BTU Benchmark boilers. The engineering team to which I am a part of, fulfills duties pertaining to water conservation.
