Through his leadership, the customer's milestones were met, includingthe all-important “roll” dates which were NASA Ground Systems Developmentand Operations (GSDO) program milestones. His efforts significantly increasedthe scope of TOSC work, and NASA is now adding more work for FY17.He has accomplished this while building a high performing, high morale team. The project, with an original scope of approximately $4M, nearly doubled in valuethrough content addition, with Paul playing a significant role in both customer satisfactionand project performance. The CT project was the single biggest task on contractfor three years, with extraordinarily high visibility, and Paul led the team to successfulcompletion on schedule, under budget and meeting all requirements.
