Hired new Distributors in various countries, establishing goals and customer penetration strategies, reviewed and implemented new contract agreements with Distributors. Attended country shows assisting local Distributors with their Dealer network. Joint customer visits resulting in 75% travel. Conducted in depth research with Country Distributors on key client’s expectations, they’re likes, dislikes, their current preferences, trends and choices, monitor competitors’ products and strategies.➢ Hired new Distributors in Guyana and Peru introducing brands to the markets, resulting in substantial sales in both countries, and a positive market share against establish competitors.
