Some achievements are reducing the SLA of LATAM Chile’s service desk with an AI model that predicts the solution for problems received by email, and decreasing postpaid customers churn rate on Telefonica Chile 1% in 6 months by predicting their churn probability and making retention efforts.- Development of an analytical workflow to audit call center calls through Speech Analytics and Text Mining techniques.   As Claro Chile’s Head of Data Science I took the challenge of creating the first Data Science team in the office and to set up a Big Data environment to exploit Advanced Analytics models with the goal of improving efficiency on processes, incomes, customer satisfaction and decrease churn rate through data driven decisions derived from them. These models were used by different business areas of the company and managed by our campaigns team to impact the customers’ lifecycle.
