The Process Excellence Specialist supports the operation of products and services that impacts all Owner Experience staff. This role focuses on activities related to the attraction, maintenance, and coaching of Owners within a shared branch portfolio. By using curious conversations, the OER helps proactively identify our Owner’s financial goals, then works closely with all team members to appropriately refer opportunities within all segments. Perform credit union operational tasks such as reviewing new accounts for FINTRAC compliance, manage incoming & outgoing collection items, set up safety deposit box rentals & collect rental fees, set up debit cards, assist owners in applying for credit cards, organize accounts payable, sell travel insurance, set up and troubleshoot online/mobile banking, process retail loan payouts, and review a variety of reports on a monthly basis.
