My role involves:- Leading R&D Initiatives: Spearheading research projects to explore new materials, technologies, and trends to enhance product offerings and stay ahead of the market curve.- Overseeing Product Development: Managing the end-to-end product development process, from concept to final prototype, ensuring that each product meets quality standards, market needs, and company objectives.- Directing the Drawing Department: Guiding the creative team in producing detailed technical drawings and design specifications, ensuring that our vision is accurately translated into production-ready designs.- Collaborative Innovation: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure cohesive development strategies and successful product launches.- Support to Sales and Marketing: Providing comprehensive support to the sales and marketing departments by developing products that align with market trends and customer preferences, and by delivering compelling product presentations and materials.- Trend Analysis: Monitoring industry trends and consumer preferences to inform design and development decisions, ensuring our products are both innovative and commercially viable.My leadership fosters a collaborative environment where creativity and technical expertise converge to produce innovative, high-quality garments that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
