  Collaboration with TERNA SA on the project Integrated Resort Complex Ellinikou (IRC Ellinikou) which consists of two distinguish volumes, the Tower and the Podium. The project will include the following developments:• A 42-storey hotel and casino tower with a total height of 200m that is surrounded by the podium below level 1.• A multi-level podium that will accommodate multiple uses including parking areas, clubs, restaurants, conference center, pool bay etc.• A five-level structure with predominant use that of a car park.• An entertainment arena (Hard Rock Live) for concerts, sports, and cultural events. My responsibilities include site coordination, material and subcontractors research, measurements and supervision. Show less Collaboration with TERNA OVERSEAS Ltd on the second phase of a project that includes the construction of the luxury development in Ayia Napa Marina in Cyprus. The 2nd phase, with a budget of 164.000.000€ includes the construction of two towers, a complex of villas and commercial buildings.More specifically, the two 27 and 28 floor towers will exceed 115 meters high, totalling 28,000 m2 and 30,000 m2 respectively and will house luxurious apartments. Furthermore, 29 villas shall be constructed totalling a 16,500 m2 area. The commercial buildings, to be located in the heart of the Marina, shall consist of a mix area of Retail, Food and Beverage, Event Center and parking, totalling more than 8,000 m2.My responsibilities include site coordination, material and subcontractors research, measurements and supervision. Show less Collaboration with TERNA SA on a project that includes the design, engineering and construction of the new South Rhodes’ power plant - a diesel engines plant, with a net capacity of 115MW at reference conditions. The onshore area of the plant for all fuel unloading facilities is located near the Prasonisi bay. The owner of the plant is Public Power Corporation (PPC) of Greece. The plant consists of seven (7) four-stroke identical Wartsila 18V46 diesel engine generating set units with all accessories and all specified equipment and buildings, as well as all onshore and offshore works for fuel unloading facilities and sea water handling facilities.
