      Accomplishments:- To improve our open rates, I implemented AI to begin optimizing send times at a user level, which increased our open rates by 12% to an average of 70%.- To increase member value and leads, I built digital journeys using the tools in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create lead forms, automate queries using SQL, update CASL compliance, opt-in to loyalty programs digitally, and drive leads from on our online channels.- While working through mergers and rebrand, I was tasked to be acting project manager for digital platforms (website, automation), I was able to ensure timelines were met, risks were mitigated and budget was below cost.- In an effort to increase conversion within digital journeys, I created A/B tests within journey builder based on member personalized attributes to optimize engagements rates, resulting in some journeys seeing an 7.5% increase in engagement. - To better understand marketing attribution, tasked to create an analytics framework, I've developed an OKR structure for marketing goals and dashboards for key KPIs to help marketing track performance. - To enroll more members in our loyalty program, I worked with product teams to build an email drip campaign to help increase loyalty subscriptions during onboarding, which created an 109% uplift on loyalty subscriptions.
