  I lead a team of Business Change Analysts and am responsible for the delivery of change within the implementation and deployment of Clinical and Corporate IT projects by providing new and innovative ideas to improve the way the organisation operates, improving patient care and bridging the gap between services, people and technology. Working across multi-disciplinary/agency teams and services, I am able to empower staff across Walsall Health Economy to become more efficient and effective in the way they use technology to enhance service delivery.
