Spearheaded complete operations & supply chain programs in liaison with the global clients of NSN (Europe and Middle East & Africa). Administered order and shipment management through SAP. Successfully functioned as single point of contact for escalated customer complaints and coordinated with L&D Team ensuring accomplishment of the organizational objectives. Spearheaded transition of the project by nominating a Pilot Project from on-site to Capgemini Business Services Ltd. Also, lead project onsite at client’s premises for 4 weeks – Poland Nokia Office.
