  Management of customer projects from acquisition until handover to after sales in international civilian and military environments. Most recurrent PM activities are stakeholder management, risk and opportunity management, contract management and claim management among other classical PM jobs.In my role as a Product Line Manager I'm in charge of the strategic orientation and development of our simulation software and the derived products therefrom. Recurrent activities are market analysis and marketing/sales support, deducing necessary development for our software product backlog (e.g. R&D), organizing fundings and financials, coordination between project requirements and others.
