      The study contained subjects related to production technology of food products of animal and vegetable origin, as well as to the production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Attention was paid to technological processes and chemical / microbiological processes that occured during the production. During the programme was also introduced legislative aspects of food production, product implementation as well as to marketing and management tools.

The study programme contained courses in mathematics, physics, information technology and economics. It was focused on the food chemistry and food analysis, microbiology and food technology, physiology and human nutrition, economics of food production and marketing.
