  Master's degree food technology

  The study contained subjects related to production technology of food products of animal and vegetable origin, as well as to the production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Attention was paid to technological processes and chemical / microbiological processes that occured during the production. During the programme was also introduced legislative aspects of food production, product implementation as well as to marketing and management tools.

  Bachelor's degree food chemistry and technology

  The study was focused on theoretical education as well as with laboratory experience in the field of general, inorganic, analytical and physical chemistry and biochemistry. The study programme contained courses in mathematics, physics, information technology and economics. It was focused on the food chemistry and food analysis, microbiology and food technology, physiology and human nutrition, economics of food production and marketing.

  Food technology exchange student

  The Interuniversity Programme in Food Technology was focused on two technological dimensions of prime and crucial importance in food processing and preservation:- the transformation (processing) of raw materials into products suited for human consumption- the role of postharvest and food preservation unit operations in delivering safe and nutritious foods to the end consumer.
