These people skills were hard earned and have proved invaluable in my subsequent professional career.

To clients in the public, private and third sectors we provide advice on development opportunities, undertake market analysis and evaluate projects. We are also able to offer general property advice on acquisition and sale, leasing, rent review and lease renewal, compulsory purchase and S106 agreements.

  Working within the land and property team, I develop and appraise applications to the Agency for grant funding to assist local economic development projects in West Lancashire. I also work closely with our partners (local authorities, urban regeneration companies, colleges, etc) with strategic and master planning.I am currently working on the transfer of land & property assets and liabilities to the Agency's successor body.

  I have responsibility for managing, developing and disposing of economic land and property assets transferred to the HCA from NWDA under the "stewardship" model; these assets, which are both directly-owned and owned by 3rd parties, are located in Cumbria, West Lancashire and Wirral. The "stewardship" model seeks to add value to through judicious investment.

  I form part of Home England's North West Accelerated Delivery Team and am currently working on two exciting pipeline projects: Croston Road North, a 400+ greenfield residential development opportunity in Leyland, Lancs, and East Lancs Paper Mill, a 300+ brownfield residential development opportunity in Radcliffe, Bury. Other roles include contract monitoring Lovell's new 200 new home scheme at Shawbrook Manor, Leyland, Bellway's St Elizabeth's Place scheme in Bootle and Hollinwood Homes' Foxhall Village scheme in Blackpool.
