  Researched, wrote, and published documentation for the Platform development team for 4 major releases for a doc set that included user, API, design, and installation guides. Designed and created a new doc set for CCaaS integrations that summarized the features and functionality available for 3 major partners. Established an internal release notes process and compiled and edited release notes for 4 major releases and 70+ maintenance releases. Copyedited an 800+ page user guide and held weekly meetings to discuss style standards and formalize them into a style guide. Also proofread the copy for the new company website before its launch.
