      Updated Job title, but the same responsibilities of my previous position of Sales and Marketing Assistant and Stage Door Receptionist in one position. I am responsible for the opening up of the building in a morning and the lock down of an evening. In addition to this I carry out general receptionist duties as well as monitoring the Fire Panel and CCTV/Security Mechanisms. In addition to the duties I carry out as a Sales and Marketing Assistant I am also responsible for the supervision of all staff members on shift. I deal with any complaints and queries that a patron may have and make an executive decision as to the outcome. I am in charge of the daily banking for the department and must ensure the safe storage and transportation of monies throughout my time on shift and cash up at the end of the day. Servicing the Front of House bars and Ushering the performances keeping our patrons and the performers safe and comfortable. To work with the Marketing, Sales and Front of House Departments to co-ordinate various elements of event planning in order to showcase the benefits and features of the venue and investigate additional revenue streams. To assist customers with queries regarding ticket purchases, add-ons, seating and general theatre inquiries. Theatre ticket and event sales for the main auditorium and small theatrical spaces.
