      • Responsible for advising Global Discipline Heads and other leaders within the Research & Development Function on Learning and staff development issues.• Advised on improvements to the R&D competency framework and other technology-specific frameworks.• Co-created a major new course on technology commercialisation and innovation, focused on early-career staff, including designing various case studies and learning resources in several formats.
