      - Providing Business Continuity Solutions for Barclays Shared Services delivery centers across India. This includes (but not limited to) – overall Business Continuity project Management, Business impact Analysis, Developing plans, Recovery Strategies, testing/ Exercising and Plan Maintenance, Crisis Management framework, Training and Awareness, Transitions, Documentation and Policies & Procedures on Business Continuity.- Work with business units to understand their current environment and to advice them with alternate techniques that can be implemented to accomplish their recovery plans. Providing crisis handling refreshers to the crisis response teams- Conduct training and awareness sessions for all staff. Ensure all SPOCs awareness of their roles and responsibilities and help the BCM team create BCM awareness amongst their respective operations/ support team(s) through various awareness programs- Ensure all BC documentation is up to date with the latest information in terms of BC plans of all business units, reports of all various tests, all crisis management documents, maintaining and updating the BCM test calendar, all audit and conformance testing reports, all onshore reporting and BCM updates.
