      As a Payroll Analysts, my weekly duties include the completion of daily deliverables such as the completion of worker profile changes and request. Entry of of manual entires that include pay adjustments such as bonuses request, Per Diem request, and sick time.Weekly deliverables are required for unique clients that include preparing and upload files from third party Vendor Management Systems such as SAP Fieldglass and IQ Navigator. Running reports and manipulating the extract through Excel by the usage of pivot tables and macros. These extracts are then validated and imported to Pro Unlimited unique Vendor Management System. Weekly audits and changes are conducted in a Peoplesoft HCM environment to ensure that proper pay checks are produced for workers that are employed through Pro Unlimited MSP service. I work through department projects that will increase the efficiency of the payroll process. Projects have strict timelines for completion.
