  Planning Part : - Frequency Planning , MAIO / HSN / Neighbor Audit, Neighbor Planning for new and old Cell Sites .- coverage plan , traffic plan, frequency & interference plan evaluation , parameter planning , site objectives, parameter set (LAC, CI, neighbor list, radio parameters, NCC, BCC etc). Optimization Part :- Responsible for network KPI’s for assigned BSCs like SDCCH, TCH congestion, drop call Rate, Handover performance, call setup Succes rate ,... etc.- Plan and coordinate system optimization like Site tuning ( Azimuth, and antenna height), Nominal design planning, propagation modeling, assigning sites for characterization, Cell Sites selection and Candidate’s evaluation etc .- Technical site surveys for macro cells (antenna location recommendation) .- Provide a weekly , Monthly , Quarterly worst performing cells list with problem description (analysis) and action-plans in terms of TCH Drop, SDCCH Drop, CSSR, HO, Cong etc.Investigation Part : - Perform Drive test and Analysis- Post processing of drive test log files to analyze drive test problems and determine if caused by poor RF coverage, RF interference, RF quality etc. and trouble shooting by fine tuning and hard optimization.- Coordinate Customer Complaints Investigation and Resolution .- New site Drive Testing (Idle and Dedicated mode) and ensuring overall performance of all the sites including the Selection/Reselection, Handover, Rxlev, Rxqual, TA, C/I, etc. Show less
