Optimized the movement of parts across the plant to aid in control and monitoring of the parts.Role Description:› The PRASA mixed coaches line involved rebuilding, repairing and maintenance of the coaches where she worked together with her mentor to ensure continuous improvement and optimal operation of the line. › Responsible for developing accurate and effective task lists for the different stages on the line, as well as the related GANTT charts. › Spent time within the tools and parts stores where she worked alongside the division manager. She was exposed to planning and problem-solving from an entirely different perspective.
